Ceiling fan stator production can be divided into 3 processes, ceiling fan motor stator insulation paper insertion process, ceiling fan motor stator winding process, ceiling fan motor stator dipping process.The ceiling fan stator inserts paper and the ceiling fan stator winds twice. Only manual loading and unloading are required, and other process machines are automated, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves production costs.
1. Paper insertion process:
First, insert the insulating paper into the inner ring slot of the ceiling fan motor stator, and wait until the winding of the ceiling fan motor stator inner ring is completed
Further complete the insulation paper insertion of the outer ring of the ceiling fan stator. If the inner and outer rings are both inserted into the insulating paper and then wound, it will easily affect the winding result of the inner ring of the ceiling fan stator and damage the insulating paper of the outer ring.
2. Winding process:
After inserting the insulation paper of the inner ring of the ceiling fan motor, wind the inner ring of the stator, and then insert the insulation paper of the outer ring of the ceiling fan stator.
Finally, winding of the outer ring of the ceiling fan stator is completed.
3. Dipping process:
After the winding of the ceiling fan motor stator is completed, the ceiling fan stator dipping process can be started, which can fix the stator enameled wire, so that the coil will not loosen, throw the wire, reduce the friction between the wire and the wire, and increase the insulation performance of the stator. Increase the heat conduction speed, isolate moisture, separate the coils, and greatly extend the useful life of the ceiling fan stator.
