There will be an ol over-voltage alarm on the operating panel of the winding machine spindle frequency converter in Every time the device stops.If it is normal to use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage at the input side, that maybe there is a problem with the deceleration duration set by the frequency converter.In order to reduce the inertia of the spindle when the equipment stops,Set the deceleration duration of frequency converter too short,so after the device sends a stop signal,The frequency of frequency converter drops very fast, and the synchronous speed of the motor also drops very fast. Because of winding motor has large inertia, at this time, the actual running speed of the winding motor exceeds the synchronous speed. Large voltage is induced at the stator side of the motor, so the frequency converter will give a voltage alarm. We can adjust to deceleration duration, reduce the inertia of winder during deceleration, and we can solve the problem.
2.Alarm of servo driver for motor winding machine
When debugging,There may be fault alarm in the servo driver ofmotor winding machine,The cause of the problem，usually encoder and servo drive communication is abnormal. In this case we can deactivate the servo drive，Disconnect CN2 from the encoder and the servo driver and plug it back in,the trouble can be solved.
