The automatic motor assembly line is composed of actuators, sensor components, and controllers, just like other automation equipment. If the automatic motor assembly line fails to operate normally, or the working sequence is abnormal, then the failure must be judged. This article introduces three common methods to determine the failure of the automatic motor assembly line.
1. Check all power sources, origins and hydraulic power devices of the automatic motor assembly line
A large part of the failure of the automatic motor assembly line is due to power, air and hydraulic sources. For example, there are problems with the power supply of the assembly line, including the power supply failure in the workshop, and the power supply is too low, the insurance is burned, and the power plug is contacted. The air pump or the hydraulic pump did not start normally, the triple-piece or the double-piece was activated, and the relief valve or some pressure valves of the hydraulic system were not opened. When inspecting the automatic motor assembly line, it is also necessary to check the power supply, including the power supply of each device in the automatic motor assembly line and the power and electricity of the workshop. To check the air source, it is necessary to check the air pressure source condition required for the normal use of the pneumatic device of the assembly line. The inspection of the hydraulic source is mainly the operation of the hydraulic pump required by the hydraulic device of the assembly line.
2. Check whether the sensor position of the automatic motor assembly line has changed
After the rotor automatic assembly line has been used for a period of time, the position of some sensors may change, causing sensor failures, or sensitivity problems, etc. In the daily use of the automatic motor assembly line, it is necessary to frequently check the sensing position and sensitivity of the sensor. When the position changes, it needs to be adjusted in time. If the sensor fails, it should be replaced immediately. In addition, because the automatic motor assembly line has vibration problems during operation, the sensor may become loose after a long time. Therefore, during normal maintenance, it is necessary to check whether the position of the sensor is normal and whether it is firm.
3. Check the relay of the automatic motor assembly line, as well as the flow control valve and pressure control valve
The relay of the automatic motor assembly line is similar to the magnetic induction sensor. Over time, there will be problems with ground adhesion, which affects the normal use of the electrical circuit and needs to be replaced. The pneumatic or hydraulic system of the assembly line, the opening degree of the throttle valve, and the pressure adjustment spring of the pressure valve will loose or slip due to the vibration of the assembly line, which requires frequent maintenance during daily use.
4. Check the connection of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
If there is no problem in the above position check, you can check the loop condition of the equipment. Check whether the circuit wires are broken, especially whether the wires in the wire groove are cut off by the wire groove due to the pulling problem. Check the trachea for damaged creases. Check if the hydraulic oil pipe is blocked. When the crease of the air pipe is serious, it needs to be replaced immediately, and the hydraulic oil pipe needs to be replaced if there is a problem.
